Dean was born into a world of hard work and limited means. As one of Many children in a low-income family, he learned the value of per- severance and resourcefulness early on.

His Journey into real estate began organically through his family's involvement in construction.

This environment gave Dean a unique perspective on the tangible aspects of real estate from a young age.

Dean learned about land development, house construction, and the various facets of the building process.

As Dean grew older, he followed in his family's footsteps, working in construction, this hands-on experience gave him invaluable knowledge about real estate's physical side. Dean can build a house from the ground up, understanding every step of the process, however, at this point, Dean was still viewing real estate solely from the construction angle, not yet realizing its potential as an investment vehicle.

As Dean gained more experience and confidence in multifamily investing, he began to take on a more active role, today, he proudly say's that he is involved in over 3700 doors through various syndications. This journey from active investor to passive participant has been challenging and rewarding, this just goes to show that a broke kid growing up can do anything he puts his mind to.
